Women’s health is at the top of my agenda for improving the world. Sorry to the men, but women have long been neglected and it’s time to play catch-up. Hologic is one company with the same mission.

Our core business units are focused on osteoporosis assessment, mammography and breast biopsy, direct-to-digital x-ray for general radiography applications and mini C-arm imaging for orthopedic applications.

When I talk about identifying companies where you’d like to work instead of just search for jobs high and low, this is what I’m talking about. If I were in any of the places where Hologic is hiring, I’d scout out the posted jobs but send my resume in to the head of human resources anyway. (No names are listed, but I’d call ahead and get one.) Meanwhile, those of you in Bedford, MA, Danbury, CT, and Newark, DE have a head start.
