Concordia University in Ann Arbor, Michigan will begin offering pre-nursing and a liberal arts health education minor through their health education and life sciences (HEALS) initiative beginning Fall 2006, with a health science major projected for Jan. 2007.

Students will be taught the basic concepts of:

  • Personal health
  • Multi-disciplinary thinking
  • The health professions
  • General health care

Don’t let lack of training be your excuse for not going into healthcare. There are plenty of universities, community colleges, and vocational schools that offer programs tailored to your interest in healthcare.
